MTN announced today that they will launch the MTN Mobile Money product in Rwanda by the end of the year.

In an effort to cash in on the increasing trend of mobile banking, U.S. Bank launched Mobile Wallet, a comprehensive mobile banking application, on Tuesday. U.S. bank partnered with Qualcomm owned Firethorn Holdings, which provided the technology for the application.
